TRT Membership — $149/month
Includes one scheduled physician follow-up per month, treatment monitoring, medication management, prescription coordination, and secure portal messaging.

Initial Consultation — $99

For a comprehensive initial medical visit. The consultation fee is credited toward the first month of membership when the patient enrolls on the day of the consultation.

Medications, laboratory testing, pharmacy shipping, and supplies are paid separately by the patient. Treatment and prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate.

Membership is not insurance, does not replace comprehensive primary or emergency care, and membership fees are not submitted to insurance.
